About the position

We are now strengthening our rental depot in Gillinge, Stockholm, and are looking for a customer service representative/renter who wants to take responsibility for customers, administration, and our rental vehicles – while also being involved in developing the business.

You will be part of a team of three people who together are responsible for vehicle rentals in Stockholm and build long-term, reliable customer relationships. The role is varied, and customer contact is an obvious and central part of everyday life.

No day is the same – the pace can be high, and it requires that you are good at planning, prioritizing, and solving situations quickly as they arise.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Customer reception and daily customer contact
• Check-in and check-out of rental vehicles as well as damage inspection
• Preparation of vehicles for rental
• Pickup and drop-off of vehicles at customer and workshop
• Moving trucks with trailers
• Administration such as contract writing, quotes, and follow-up

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who sees solutions instead of problems and who thrives in a service-oriented role with a lot of responsibility. You are structured, meticulous, and have good administrative skills.

You have a genuine interest in vehicles and technology, and preferably experience from the automotive, transport, or trucking industry. A CE driver's license is required for the position.

As a person, you are social, service-oriented, flexible, and have good local knowledge. You enjoy meeting new people and building trust.

We would like you to have:

• Technical understanding
• Flexible approach
• At least a high school education

Additional information

• Permanent full-time employment (100%)
• 6 months probationary period
• Working hours: Mostly daytime, but rentals also occur in the evenings/weekends
• Location: Gillinge, Stockholm
• Start date according to agreement
